Figured mine out. Vibration was from a bad front passenger side tire. It was starting to bulge a little on the treads. Glad I got that changed before it blew at 80mph.

my friend had that problem on his crx i think it was his bushings

I have bought hubcentric rings for my wheels, had them balanced, changed my tension rods, changed my tie rod ends and had an alignment and torqued everything to spec. Still shakes.
