Stumped

Okay, here's the deal. My new 1996 240 5-speed has a problem. On the clutch pedal there is a thing that comes off that has two rectangle shaped things that come off and go into a rod that goes through the firewall. The two rectangle shaped pieces that are on the thing broke off and I can't drive my car. I just need to know what it is called so I know what to get.

Thanks,
lucas

its the master cylinder sounds like the fork that connects it to the pedal assembly you will probably have to get a jy one since on most autozone rebuilt ones you have to swap that piece over. Nissan might sell the fork part alone.
