I NEED YOUR HELP... i have today to fix the timing on my car (leaving for school) and i am not exactly sure how. I know that i had the #1 piston on tdc and then i set the distributor to its position. I tryed to start it and nothing, it cranks, but won't start. I pulled out the #1 sparkplug and connected it to the wire, just to make sure that i am making spark. When i cranked it there was a huge spark, and i know gas is getting in there because it comes shooting out, just at the wrong time. thought i had it right, but apparently i didn't... if i did anything wrong or i forgot something, tell me. i am up for any ideas and i will be reading the post all day.
