My advice is to take the info from that site, and buy the stuff yourself at an auto parts store.

$9.50 for a spark plug?.....

Although, some of that stuff is pretty reasonably priced.

Get your oil and oil filter/air filter at Wal-Mart, because its cheaper

Well, although quite extreme in terms of a tune up, it is good "making your car like new" material

Somehow, I don't recall repainting your car and refinishing your dash being part of a standard tuneup?

BTW: You shouldn't replace your fan clutch, you should swap in dual electric fans... just my .02

stick with the basics

all fluids flushed

seafoam
o2 sensor

i have an s13. i replaced the dist cap and rotor = $34.00 at pep boys: check to see which distributor u have as there are two kinds, spark plug wires = $52.00 cheepie kind, plugs = $16.00, and an air filter = $9.00. this of course made a very big difference and gave me the awsome gas mileage i used to have. you dont have to go crazy.
