What does 50 lb and 72 lb mean? Can stock ecu handel higher flow injector?

well I just found that my fuel injectors is leaking. so I was shopping around for new fuel injector and I found some new JWT injectors for 100 each. Instead of using cc, they use lb to rate. does anybody know what they mean? and if I use higher rate injector, do I need to change mod my ecu? thanks

the 50 and 72 are pounds per hour... they are low resistance injectors and for them to work in your car yu will need the injector plugs from jwt as well as the resistor pack from jwt... that is just to get them into the car... this is way too much fuel for a stock motor and even a chipped ecu would run real rich... now if you install cams and get a lot of motor work done then you would be okay with the 50 lb/hr units... the 72 lb/hr injectors are for fully built or boosted motors that need a lot of fuel...

Call up RC injectors they can increase your injection size. All they do is ream out the hole at the tips to increase injection they will fix your busted injectors also. Stock injectors are high resistance.
