You can do harm... by blinding other drivers on the road and not seeing where you are going at night.

 

how do you figure, there just like normal lights but with zeon bulbs

 

These kits are not worth purchasing.
Some ebay sellers advertise those lights as HID upgrades, this is false informtion.
True HID kits cost around $250.00 bucks.
Keep what you have unless you pay top dollar for good equipment, don't fall for imitations......

 

No they're not normal lights. Those lights are crap and their beam pattern will be crap. And crappy beam patterns are unsafe. I don't even believe the description that they are DOT approved.... I don't see the DOT logo on the lens.
