bro did you change the slave cly (on the tranny)??? when they go bad, they will leak air out and you will have to keep re-bleeding the clutch... it took me a while to figure that out years ago lol

Ok cool... Yeah Because I'm doing the same install on a XE hard body. Now did you also change out that little bushing thats inside the middle of the fly wheel. I know one came with the OEM clutch kit.

If so how did you get it out to put a new one in.

** UPDATE **

That speed sensor is an ***.. CHRIST! I had to take that off so get the tranny back up and then put it back on from the engine bay.

But all is good. Made props for the write up and the help man. Might not be a 240 but all the same love. Thanx again brother.

Thanks the for the writeup...I was hoping that, when I need to replace my clutch (which is getting pretty soon), I'd be able to use this. But, it looks like a real pain in the butt, main because of removing the gearbox

Was this tutorial based on an S13?

you don't remove the gearbox............ you remove the transmission.

yeaup based on s13 but same process for an s14 and pretty much any FR car.
