Sorry for getting back on track but some of the late '93 S13's and '94 verts came without SCV's. I just sold a '93 auto coupe (build date 7/93), all original with the S13 head and cams but no SCV's.

some models were also different for certain states such as Cal and Canada.. they are so awesome that they get their own version of cars.

Problem solved!

I originally had the last fuel injector towards the rear of the engine (I assume #4) fail. In removing it and the fuel rail I must have tweaked the far left bracket holding the fuel rail on. so when I went back with it (new injector installed) it must of been off a little b/c when I test ran the car it idled really rough and I could hear a huge vac leak come from the intake manifold area.

Of course I immediately panicked and thought in disturbing everything I somehow damaged the manifold hence my previous question! Took everything back apart inspected the manifold thoroughly re-assembled and discovered I had bent the one fuel rail brackets slightly (causing the injectors to shift ever so slightly) and there was my vac leak!

Tweaked the bracket back the other way put it back on. The car has never run soooo good!!!!

Just relieved I don't have to buy/replace the intake!

The key is being super gentle with those fuel rail brackets b/c they are really weak!
