AC belt and Front Crank Seal

AC belt and Front Crank Seal
I just bought a 1990 240sx and I'm doing a couple things to it. First off I need to put on a belt on the AC compressor. I was told that there is a part that spins freely that the belt goes around. Then the second part is the clutch. If that spins freely then the clutch isn't locked up and the compressor is fine. I think I found the clutch. There are 2 flywheel type things that the belt goes around. The top one is larger than the bottom one. I'm guessing the bottom one is the clutch?
The second thing I need to do is replace the front crank seal. I was told to take the belts out, take the radiator out, then take out a 24mm bolt and tap on the inside of the crank seal and if I'm lucky it will come out.
Is all of this information correct? I want to make sure before I start doing things.
