I purchased a hotshot header for my KA24DE. It has a 2-bolt flange and has a 2.5" ID. It connects directly to a Catco high flow cat. The paper-type gaskets are burning out pretty fast, in a matter of months, and I want to get new gaskets, copper or aluminum or whatever, as long as they seal and are durable. Has anyone been able to find these, because I've called everywhere locally and searched everywhere online and the biggest 2-bolt flange gaskets I can find in metal are 2.25" ID. If anyone can help or suggest something, please let me know.

 

If you want a copper one make one yourself lol, its easy. But I donno yours have a problem, your even running a high flow cat which doesnt heat nearly as much as the oem one.
