I got an ACT clutch installed like a week ago, did it myself w/ my brothers. I changed the old one because it didn't kick in, and it would slip. I changed it and WOW, huge difference! The car punces forward now! It pulls like crazy, except in 2nd gear. I rev it up in first gear, then I shift fast to 2nd gear, but It feels as though the car hesitates a bit, like it doesn't kick in. It only feels that way in 2nd gear, you can feel the pull in all the other gear however. I was having that problem with the old one too. I know the clutch is good since it pulls hard on every other gear. Can it be something wrong with the tranny? If so, what might it be?

 

Could be the 2nd gear is shot or the synchro for that gear is done.
