Building the bulletproof ka.

Help with building the bulletproof ka. Any pointers???
Ok this is my first post hopefully you can shed some lite on me.
I am going to buy a stock ke24de from someone who is swaping to sr . I want his old ka bullet proof b4 i put it in my s14, in the future turbo and nos will be added. This is what I am planning.
engine=$150? if i help him do the swap
1. Have the crankshaft bearing micropollished. I don't know about balancing b/c i don't know costs.
2. 4340 chrome moly forged pistons. around $650 not sure on brand pauter machine, cunningham. any suggestions?
3. Supertech High-performance phospate coated forged alluminum 8.5:1 or 9.5:1 pistons 3.524in with chrome moly wrist pins and gas nitrided rings. $489 any others?
4. Have .020 bore out and have pistons and crank fit into engine. ?$?
5. Metal head gasket. around $100
6. Forged valves. ?$? around $300
7. High strength dual valve springs. ?$? around $350
8. Valve seat and polishing of combustion chamber. ?$?
9. Cam shaft. Not sure on what brand I need to do more research on the specs. I would like something that really opens up the valves wide and holds them open longer than most.
10. Race ricers for money and say umm ya its a stock ka no turbo or nos.
as you can see I have found some general prices and do have items in mind but can't find all the manufactures names. If you have some brands of any parts listed or any suggestions on who to buy from I would really like that.
I would like to put on a turbo and early nos, shuting off when turbo spools up, but those will be later on. I don't have that much experience on engineering an engine setup so as much help as possible will be greatly appreciated.
this is a link to me racing b4 i did any mods except rims and springs.-> http://www.okscca.org/6-8-2003/Grubs...s/image174.htm

first off you have to understand that when building an all-motor engine it has to be done a little different than a forced induction engine. You have to decide on what you want before you do anything (an all-motor engine needs higher compression and a forced induction engine needs lower compression). Also for turbo usage a 2.5-3" exhaust is a must and for all-motor 2-2.5" is pretty standard, any higher and you'll have a loss of backpressure.
If you want to go turbo down the line I would either do nothing to the engine and just get an exhaust and maybe a intake filter or if that doesn't fit your needs you could get the norm: intake, headers, and exhaust.
But if you do decide to go all motor you do have a lot of options. a Really good website is ka24de.com. Brands like Jim Wolf, Nismo, and AEM also make quite a bit of products for the de. Wolf makes a great ecu and Nismo cams are awsome for all-motor. You should do a search.
Also, you really should try E-Bay. I know it sounds amateur but you never know what you could find. Vendors sell overstocked items on e-bay on a consistant basis.
Try Google

Also, don't let your "friend" rip you off. If you didn't know in the first place, your s14 comes stock with a ka24de. You won't need your friends unless yours is blown or is non existant (bought the car without an engine).
