The TB is in a different place, its a totally different engine. Now you can mod a Intake from a 91+ 240 to fit a 89-90...but I dont know how.

no experience but its prabably very easy to make it fit..........hacksaw anybody? lol.......

take off the adapter. The ones for all the Ka engines are the same. Except the DE engines have a extra pipe & coupler. Check out injen's CAI. It will show you what it looks like.
