The degress to the cam has to be reset to fit the KAE for the 240's. Something with the production of the engines, not shure. But I wouldn't waste time installing a Stanza cam, the specs aren't that much different.
If you are staying KAE Devious KA sells a much more aggressive cam for the KAE. Price is $185, 270 duration, .433 lift INT / 272 duration, .448 lift EXH. The cam is worth it, I used a cam for my 8 valve NAPS-Z that was very comparitive to that cam spec, it gave my engine 15 more HP to the wheels, it will probably give the KAE the same results. Especially since the engine dynamic is the same, accept the KAE has 4 more valves to the INT, maybe a little more power than my 8 valve.

It would be wayyyyy to much work to install the cam, I don't even have an adendum to follow to install the cam. Without an adendum it's like trying to install a cam blindly....... Plus I think there was one minor change made to the cams for FWD, but I can't remember off the top of my head what it was???
Auto zone shows a cam install for the KA and the NAPSZ, but there is some conflicting information.

Why don't you make it easy on yourself and get one from a KA24e truck (frontier from 90-97) all the cams fit and are a direct install. There cheap at wrecking yards too.

I would contact DeviousKA before shipping off the cam he has worked on both the FF and FR ka24e's. He could answer that question alot easier than I can.......
