ok i cant find a maf sensor for under 100 bucks so i went to a junk yard and pulled one off it so happened to be the wrong one. mines have 3 prongs and this one had 4 prongs so thats a lost of 50.00 so far. the idle problem is fixed, the throttle cable was adjusted by the person who had it before me. now it idle at 1000 rpms. the only other problem is when i try to go wide open throttle the car bogs but when i let off a little bit like about 90% throttle it will not bog. then i disconnect the sensor by the throttle body and it dont bog at all but after a min or two the car starts bucking then stalls eventually.there is also a cut harness that everytime i mopve it the car shuts off. it looks like it was repaired and the person used black tape and it's starting to come loose. any help woud be great thanks.

+1 fo maf

test maf by starting car, and unplugging maf while engine is running. if engine does not stumble then your maf is shot, get a new one.

if its not your MAF clean your throttle body and check your IACV.

i unpluged the maf and the car still runs but after 1 min or so it starts to act up so i plug it back in. the tps sensor seems to be where it's at to me because when i move it backwards or fawards and rev the engine up it will not bog at full throttle but when i drive the car it act's like it hit speed limiter and wont go any more until i shift to another gear and sometimes evein shifting to another gear wont help until the the car slowes down 5-10 miles less than what i was driving. it seems to be around 30-60 mph depend on how much gas i give the car.

I got the car to idle at 700rpms steady now the idle air control sensor was unpluged along with the other sensor next to it and the throttle cable was a little tightso i loosened it up a bit and that helped as well. now that i fixed the idle issue the car has a hard time starting if it sits for a few hours and when i do get it to start it pops and stumbles, then when i play with the gas it catches and drives good.
