RPMS falling low and stalling, when car in neutral
If I have my idle set at about 800, it will die everytime I push in on the clutch. But if I raise the Idle up to about 1600 it will drop down to about 500 when cold and 800 when hot. Which stops it from dieing at corners but isnt to good on the engine since after I set for a few secs. The idle slowly raises to 1600 until I take off again. I was told it could be the EGR valve but it cost about $100 for one and I dont want to spend the money if it doesnt fix the prob. So if anybody has any idea PLEASE!!! help me!!. I also heard it might be a AAI or IAA valve or sensor or somthing but I cant remember what they said.

Mine was doing that for a while. It would die when I would come to a corner or when I pushed the clutch in, even if I was on the highway. I took it to my mechanic and they cleaned the throttle body, replaced spark plugs and injectors and now it runs fine. Cost about 170. Hopefully you can get it fixed because I know how much of a pain it is!

I have a similiar problem. It started just last week as I would be at idle and the idle would start to fluctate a lil. Rough idle as I came home today and the exhaust smelt like a rotten egg. I can hear the valves making a lil noise and it sounds like I might have to pull off the vavlve cover to do a lil investigating. The EGR valve sounds like a good place to start and inspect. Any other suggestions?

If ur check engine light is on get the codes to see if it will lead u in the right direction. I also have that problem and I Checked the codes and I got 12,13,32,34,35 which are
12 - air flow meter
13 - coolant temperature sensor
32 - exhaust gas recirculation system
34 - knock sensor
35 - egr temperature sensor
Still trying to fix this problem. As I start to fix one problem another comes out. Now my car has lost power to my radio, lights inside car, clock, and seat belts

I had the same problem I then took it it into the dealership and had to have the motor replaced. My engine was making making a god awful noise too so your problem may be totally different (I had 3 spun bearings and a grooved crank).

my CEL is not on though. I poured some seafoam down the brake vacuum line and the engine liked it but after that it was still the same. I know that I need to replace the cap after inspecting it. Changed the fuel filter from my friend's car. NOw I'm thinking maybe that I need to check the coil. I will pull off the egr and clean that too.
