Question car doesnt start.. fuel?

Ok, i have a 89 240 fb, i bought the car with the head torn all apart because it needed a new headgasket but the guy didnt have time to do it. So i bought it in pieces, put everything together, and now its doesnt start. Timing i know for sure is 100% right, and i get air, spark but no fuel. I took apart my fuel rail today and there was fuel in it. I think it might be an electrical problem because i heard that your supose to hear a clicking noise from the injectors. There not making that clicking noise. Is it a simple ground im missing? Do they have to go in a certain order? Or is it a vacuum line? anybody had the same experience or know what i should do? I can hear the fuel pump prime when the car starts.

have you checked each injector with a noid light?
if not do so to see if you are getting injector pulse.
also check to see if you got your vacuum lines installed correct.

sounds stupid but... are your fuel lines in the right place... the one with the fuel filter is suposed to go to the bottem of the 2 metal pipes on your car... the other line with no filter is suposed to go to the top... if they are backwards you will get some fuel but not enough to start and run the motor...

yes i have done this befor...and yes this fixed my problem... hope it fixes yours...
