What do you mean you put it back to TDC when putting it back? You put the distributor back that way or you turned the engine over to TDC and then put the distributor back in to match? I would say timing is the only thing you could really screw up. Did you put the plug wires back on in the right places and the coil wire back on right?

sounds like your timing alright.
set the #1 cylinder back to tdc then take the distributer cap off and make sure the spinner it lined up with the #1 plug wire. more likely than not when you took the distributer off you didn't mark it or do anything to know where the spinner was before you removed it.

no biggie i've made the same mistake before. once you've done this the car should start but the timing won't be exact, you'll need a timing light to do that.

this is wat i did, took the distributor out without makin any marks...with the distributor out(dumb mistake) I turned the engine to TDC to remove the guides..i kno I was at tdc by lookin at cylinder #1 cam lobes.... I removed the guides and then aligned distributor with shaft pin and installed it back, the rotor points exactly at #1 plug wire, so with the engine already at TDC and distributor aligned and pointin at #1 spark wire i thought i was good to go....obviously i reconnected all wires ...but the engine wont start just turns over..

another thing...my license was suspended for a month so the car was not really in much activity only i took it out once in a while, i thought it was battery so tried the jumper cables but nothin, i also checked my fuses and they are good....help guys

Maybe you're not lining the cam lobes up right. Get a flashlight and look down into the spark plug hole while somebody turns the engine just to make sure cyl. 1 is at TDC. Then line up the dizzy so its pointing at cyl. 1's wire. If that still doesnt work make sure you're getting spark and all that. BTW if it were the battery it would crank very little or not at all.
