I just dont know whats wrong. I bought it not running & it wont turn over, at all. They said it was seized up. But i dont believe them. I tried using a breaker bar to turn it over & it wont.
Do you think it can be the spark plugs?

here is what I found when I finally got to take it apart.( I did buy it not running, though)
