clutch problem

ive searcehd a little and just need some more advice...

I have a 92 ka24de 5 speed and im having trouble shifting. When my cars off i can shift through the gears, but putting it into reverse(to back out my driveway) makes it grind just a little) then as im in the middle of the road and go to put it in first, the car just wont let me. Its so hard to shift, so i have to just turn the car off and restart it in gear to get it back in my driveway. I adjusted the clutch and my car went back to shifting perfectly, but only for a few days. Now its right back to how bad it was before and i cant adjust it anymore. I checked fluids and im going to check the slave tomorrow to see if that is an issue. Any advice, or is it time to just buy a new clutch? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Just thought I would ressurect this old thread because my car is doing the exact same thing. Just wondering if anybody has any ideas or if shigity figured out what the problem is.
