Angry cranks but no start

Hello, i am a newbie to this forum, my problem is that 3 months ago i bought a 90 240sx, it ran great for a month, then one night at a fast food place it would not start, checked fuses, all ok, removed fuel hose going to rail from filter, no pressure, no fuel, i ordered a walboro 255lph pump because i am going to do the sr20 swap, after receiving pump, installed and fired right up, ran great for a month, then would not start again, remove fuel line, no fuel comes from line, remove pump, hook to batt, shot fuel out of pump that was left in it, pump runs great, ohm tested wires at pump, all ok, voltage test wires, fuel gauge gets reading, no reading at positive wire for pump, trace wires to interior, removed rear seat and back, can not see any wiring problems, also can not find the fuel pump relay. any help would be great

Thank you for the help, i have changed the fuel filter when i replaced the pump, another thing the first time i replaced the pump, the fuses were ok, this time the fuse was blown, replaced it and retried, it was ok, it has been sitting in garage for about 2 weeks now, i have done a little then walked away, done a little more, so on and so on, today the fuse blew again, replaced it with a 15 amp fuse this time, ok again, tommyboy you said check the fpr, where is it? I own a chilton and it does not say whre it is, just how to remove and replace it. any help would be great thank you again.
