exhaust setup help

this question is never fully answered so if this setup is perfect for a 93 KA just a simple yes would work for me...

hotshot headers-Catco highflow cat-apexi dual n1?

is the highflow cat helpful with the stock engine? I hear too much talk about backpressure. Opinions please...

yes, a highflow cat would be helpful.
