while we are on this topic what can cause 02 sensor to go bad, and what cars can i get em off of for my sr??

Ok not timing, not O2 sensor, not running rich....can anyone quess? It felt like I got the #1 cylinder firing again but turns out I didnt, there saying im gettin pleanty of spark. They said it because no fuel is getting to the cylinder. He said its getting a good "pulse" from my ecu to my injector so he told me it might be my injector, went home and put another injector on and still nothing. When the problem first occured it was when I was tring to change my injectors and I pulled the fuel pump fuse and cranked a few times just like the factory service manual says but for some reason it didnt release my fuel pressure, so when I went to remove my injectors...POW!!!!!! gas went everywhere exploded right in my face. This is when the first cylinder stopped firing. Any ideas?????????
