fuel pressure

my fuel pressure is 45-50 psi when its proper psi should be 34psi.
what is cause'n this???????

If memory serves, static fuel pressure (engine running, vacuum line on the FPR disconnected and plugged) should be 43 psi, not 34...

with the vacuum line disconnected it is 43psi but connected its 34psi

That's perfect then. I just looked it up. With vacuum disconnected, 43 psi. With it hooked up, 33 psi.
