Guessing on 1/4 times?

Ok guys I kno this is a ridicolouse question.I have a 95 Zenki 240sx se...Im building the Ka up only cuz I donot have time for turbo or sr swap..plus I have a baby on the way so I cna only offord stuff like cai headers exhaust and stuff like that...I was thinking I alredy have a 3 inch cat back (sounds bad ****ing *** really quiet) My intake comes in from shipping this week. and Im doing dc sports headers 8lb flywheel stage 3 racing clutch and unorthadox pullys. Will my car still be incredibly slow cuz stock ka's are weak in my opinion. But I once heard when u open up the breathing on the Ka it can be a nice potenial Na 4 cylinder...Is there any other suggestions to make my car faster??? Suck as Cams or diff fuel system upgrades? ohh 1 more thing I heard Se 240's came with lsd's is this true cuz If so I will have a lsd lol...

planns.
3 inch blitz cat back(installed)
Ram Air Intake (On the Way0
DC Sports Headers (Next Mod)
8Lb Flywheel Stage 3 6 puck Clutch
Light weight Pullys
Cams
Electric Fans
and maybe a 50 Shot of nos... will this car be fast like in the low 14 range??

My '89 runs 14.2 on a 60-shot. That's with drag radials - street tires will be a serious handicap.

Injen CAI, Pacesetter/Jet Hot header, 3" cat-back, PWR radiator and electric fan.

I can't speak for the DOHC motors, but the low-compression SOHC loves nitrous - the jets I'm using are supposed to be a "60-shot" but actually do more like 76 to the wheels.

I've run probably 80 pounds of nitrous through the motor with no apparent ill effects, but I'm careful to keep the jetting on the rich side and I take timing out when I'm at the track.

4.5 hours is reasonable since sometimes rusty bolts or seized bolts cant be a pain to work with... plus that give time for bathroom brakes eating... ......it something you could do if u have basic car knowledge...

The header was an enormous pain in the ***, mostly because of the age of the car. I literally wasted half a day trying to get the EGR connection to line up well enough to get the threads started. If I had known the trick to it, 4.5 hours would have been a reasonable time frame.
