help me please stall question

I have a 1992 240sx with an automatic trans and everyonce in a while when u start to push the gas from a stop it will stall out. When you try to start it agin it wont. You have to play with it for about 10 minutes before it will start up. as long as you keep it above 1500 rmp it runs fine. it idles ok and the performance seems to be ok. it doesnt matter if it is warm or cold it seems to happen randomly. anyone know what it could be?

i would say MAF, bad injectors, O2 sensor, dirty throttle body?

Maybe it could be your fuel pump starting to go out. And you should check any vacuum lines too, since they could do something like this. Or even a loose clump of dirt in the fuel filter that could move around and occasionally block fuel flow

I had the same problem on my 91 5-speed, but it would cut out at any rpm range. check your crank angle sensor, ignition coil, distributor, and maf in that order. I had a bad distributor
