I Need Major Help!!

I have a 96 240sx with the original motor, well its throwing a cel and so we did some diagnostics with the Snapon reader and its telling us that the cel is from a fuel temp sensor, i was told that the 240sx obd2 dosent have this sensor so i need to know what is cuasing this.

when im crusining in what evergear im in and when i put my foot on the gas peddal to the floor it bogs like its going to die also i have to be at over 2000 rpm's or it will studder badly like im wanting to race some one. also at a stop light if i give it a little bit of gas to just go it will also studder and bog sometimes it will die. i checked the sparkplugs and looks to be running a little bit on the lean side, i also checked my fuel pressure guage it sits at about 30 psi i was told it should be around 40psi on the throttle reving up.

so my question to you all is what is the problem, i really dont care for this motor due to my sr20det is going in next week but i dont want to have these sort of problems when i get my sr in.

PLEASE HELP ANY SUGGESSTION WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.
