idle goes low

my car idles at 750.. whenever i hold the brake pedal down my idle goes lower.. it also happens when i roll my windows down(i have power windows) could it be that theres bad ground somewhere?

dude i be happy with that i idle at 1500 until she warms up then goes to 750.

No, it's normal it's just that at 750 (which is a low idle for cars) there's not enough juice coming through the motor to power stuff normally, so it struggles. It's nothing to worry about.
