idle problem

ok i have a ka24de engine it has newer plugs and wires, but i have no idea how actualy old they are. but my problem is that when i start the engine it wants to die, it drops down to about .5 rpms and it goes from .3rpm to .7 rpm and every once in awhile it goes to .9 and that runs fine, it just gets annoying when i come to a stop i have to rev the engine to keep the rpms up. please help

Check your throttle position sensor, o2 sensor, and your idler sensor (I think thats what its called). They'll cause that problem. I had that problem on a car once and it was an idler sensor or some crap. I forget exactly. Was cheap and easy to do. I did it in the parking lot of the parts store and never had another problem.

Honestly, i'm not sure. On mine it was a little black looking deal near the throttle linkage on top of the motor. It had 4 screws. Try searching on google or something. I would almost guarntee thats it. Like I said mine did the same exact thing until I changed that.
