well im havin problem gettin my ka 2 stay on..i jus replaced my timin cover cuz the old one the thermo housin broke off... ...i put everythin back,put new plugs in n starter in and still wont cut on.it acts like it wanna come on then it dies..puffin out a lil white smoke 2..now i tried it again today n its still actin the same but now it sounds like my injector r actin up...im veerrry pissed right now,hopin one of u guys can help me out wit my prob...

Make sure if you took the distributor out that it goes back in the right way. Get the distributor in time. Hope that helps. Had the same problem with mine.

91 240sx,red,minor mods(intake,koyo rad,tanabe exhaust w/high flow cat)..it ran like a champ b4 i put the koyo rad in..after i put the new koyo rad in it was good that day,next day it started 2 over heat.i put in a new thermostat n thats when the problems started..after i replaced the the lower cover and got everythin back together it would start.i thought since it was sitting for a couple week and not bein ran and it was time 4 a tune up thats what i did..new plugs,wires,cap n rotor.i jus got the timin right(well almost)it runs now but it will not stay on.it starts bogging then cuts off.then i started smelling gas..something told me 2 take my vavle cover off and i did.it was all black inside and the oil smelled like gas..now im like WTF..i drained all the oil out. black oil came pouring out and smell like gas n oil mixed..checked my plugs and they had black soot on them..im gettin a new vavle cover gasket and puttin new oil in tomorrow and will see if that was the reason for the gas&oil mixture...what will cause that mixture??im lost as hell right now & pissed off
