I read this forum "How to power yourKA24de to 200+HP for under $1000" but it mostly talk about the HKS cams for 375 but then there goes all my money almost cuz i only have 425 to spend... i want more mods then just cam work cuz i want at least 300HP

The engine is out of the car correct?
What year engine is it?
Get the headers, Chip, K&N filter, Go to the junkyard and get some KA24E pistons and get some 1991 KA24DE cams.(I think thats the best stock one) Buy urself a new headgasket and valvecover gasket put the pistons and cams in.
* Higher compression, alittle better breathing
I think thats gonna be the closest u'll get to ur goal with that money.
*Dont bother with the Injen intake the hp difference between that and a good filter isn't that much.

So what type of headers should I buy??? Where can i find the chip? what web site? and why go to the junkyard and pull out pistons from a SOHC when my engine is a DOHC that doesn't make any sense.... also someone told me that it's not always good to re-use pistons.....and also is this true..someone said that a 93 altima cams would work in a 240sx and the altima cams would had more HP? how is that true? do you know?

Keep in mind that changing pistons isn't a task for an average weekend greasemonkey. You'd need a service manual, a midrange set of tools (all the basics plus allan sockets, ft-lb and in-lb torque wrenches, pulley remover and piston ring clamps) and a bit of experience and organizational skill when dealing with this.

how much HP would I gain off that?
While technically correct, if you put some new rings on them it should be okay.

i think the cams do, but im not sure.
I would get Hotshot headers. Do a search if u wanna kno more bout them.
JWT for ecu tuning, but i dont remember how much.
The point of goin to the junkyard is that 425 isn't much money. ur gonna end up doing more work to save u money.
U can port the intake urself, but i wouldn't recomend it.

Not without really expensive racing fuel and a better ignition system to go with all the other turbo electronic goodies. I've read that 7 or 8 PSI of boost is equal to increasing your CR by 1:1. Stock CR on a DE is 9.5, which is already pretty high to be boosting on.
If you plan to boost later, you should forgo the intake, header and chip.
