My 240SX will not go faster then 190 km/h

When I reach 190km/h my 240sx cut's out. They are governed to top out at 190 km's / hour . Does anyone know how to get rid of the safety governer. I killed this Volks wagen golf GTI on the high way. But thanks to crappy safety regulations I couldn't go faster then 190 km/h then he ever so slowly passed me, how ebarassing! Can anyony tell me how to take this out(1990 240sx)

Werd to the laziness.

However, JWT ECUs are really useless if you have no engine/performance modifications. They are designed to take advantage of what you already have, if you don't have anything, you will barely get anything out of the ECU - it will become a waste of $600. The ECU is usually the last thing to do after you have everything already done engine-wise.
