Sounds like a problem my friend had on his 92 prelude, he would come to a stop and if he didnt keep pressing the gas the car would shut off. We fixed it by adjusting the intake(throttle body), raising the idle speed to about 700rpm. is this what you mean by throttle krap(sp?)...hope it helps

I have the same probem. If I have my idle set at about 800, it will die everytime I push in on the clutch. But if I raise the Idle up to about 1600 it will drop down to about 500 when cold and 800 when hot. Which stops it from dieing at corners but isnt to good on the engine since after I set for a few secs. The idle slowly raises to 1600 until I take off again. I was told it could be the EGR valve but it cost about $100 for one and I dont want to spend the money if it doesnt fix the prob. So if anybody has any idea PLEASE!!! help me!!. I also heard it might be a AAI or IAA valve or sensor or somthing but I cant remember what they said.
