I use at the moment reg mobil 1 oil non synth. I'd use pep boys oil heard it actually is refined better than some brand name oils. (Nearest pepboys is 20min away opposed to autozone 3min and 5min and straus 5min and advance auto 5min)
For summer I use 10w 30 more protection, for winter I go with 5w30 thinner oil warms up faster. I change oil monthly on average due to my driving here and there and everywhere.
