Quick Question

You might be building up pressure in the oilpan and the only way for it to escape is through the hole that your dipstick is in. I have no idea why it would happen/whats causing it but, i've heard of it happening before.

My old car did that and it kept on getting worse. What was happening was my piston rings / oil rings were on their way out. Combustion pressure would go past the cylinder into the oilpan and thus push my dipstick up. More oil also came from my PCV to my air filter box. Car needed a rebuilt 2000k after.
(not on my 240sx. this was on an old pulsar).
