Exclamation Revving to redline on startup PLZ help

well I got my motor build and just finished.. ran great.. then outta nowhere it revs to redline like its stuck wide open.. and everytime i start it it does the same.. ive checked the following
replaced maf, replaced ECU, replaced TPS made sure butterfly on throttle body was shut, no vacuum leaks, no open passages in air intake, perfectly timed, no gaskets leaking.. every piece in the engine is brand new.. $1860 worth
BTW i have a 95 KA24de with 91 cams, copper intake and exaust mani gaskets, "tru intake" and 91 Mafs..

WTH IS GOING ON.. can anyone help? it drove great and out of nowhere boom redline when ever the engine is on

Throttle plate?

I found this through google: "This is related to the IAA valve which control the air mixture during idle. The two options to fix this are to have a dealer adjust the valve or simply have it replaced."

ok you should still chek and see if the throttle body is lubbed correctly.

It doesn't matter if the product is brand new. Brand new doesn't mean perfect.
