NO! SOHC and DOHC ECU's are different, SOHCS can use eprom emulation due to one mother board 8 bit mapping, DOHC OBD1 and 2 use daughter boards 16 bit mapping, they have different wiring.
Go to www.zeroyon.com they have every ecu diagram that you need. Dont forget disconnect your ground to the battery wire hooking up the SAFC you could fry it.
For the 12 points on the SAFC don't run your values higher than 30% above normal, on stock mods "injectors, and fuel pump" you will shorten the life expectancy of the stock pump. You will also get bogging issues running into 40%.......
Program the values starting at 1600RPM, not 1000RPM. In an open loop it will cause idle issues............
Just a word of advice.
This is for stock KA's and SR's.

Download the PDF again, or reboot your computer, you need those files......
If I uploaded the file for you it wouldn't do you anygood anyways especially if you can't view it.

It advances the TTP of the ECU.
Put it in a real world situation. Lets say that you have the MAF at 4.0volts of air coming into the engine, but you lie to the ecu and it reads 3.5 or 3volts.
The engine will still be taking in the same amount of air as if it was at 4 volts, but saying that it is at 3.5 or 3 volt's it will now inject more fuel into the engine "longer length of time in the injection cycle than normal" . Increasing fuel increases the the CHP of the engine. This will also advance the rate inwhich detonation occurs. Bringing more top end power to the power band.
