Single Cam vs Dual Cam Header

I inherited (heh...) a brand new Megan header for a KA24. What it doesn't specify is the application for single or dual cam. Things look the same, but before I have it coated and tear off the stock exhaust, I need something answered.

Are they the same 4 into 1?

Trying to find part# now as it is part of a kit (header, DP, resonator) that cannot be used by the "donor."
