Urgent Help, CEL and Won't Start

I started to work on my intake tonight, i'm shortening it so it doesn't have to cross the radiator. I disconnect my battery, took off the intake pipe that goes over the radiator, disconnected the little sensor next the the MAF (I don't know what its for), moved the MAF over to the passenger side Re-connected everything, but when i connected the battery, the hazards lights started to flash, and i heard a clicking in the fuse box by the stock airbox location. Car won't turn over, and Check Engine Light is on.

What did you connect first? The ground or the positive lead? The wire next to the MAF is your AIV sensor...........

Any other idea's, i've been checking wires. I don't understand why the hazards would be flashing and there is a clicking from the fuse or relay box, buy the stock airbox.

locate your ecu,
pull it out and look on the back side for a little **** and a LED.
turn the **** counter-clockwise all the way and hold for 3sec, then turn it all the way back where it was.
the LED will start flashing.
to reset the ecu, turn the **** counter-clockwise and hold for 3sec, then turn back into original position.
oh yea, and all that is done with the key on the "on" position. not with the car started.

the codes are displayed with flashes with the LED.
a series of continuous flashes signify one digit
a pause signifies that its going to the next digit.

example, code is 41, flash flash flash flash pause flash

you will have to count the flashes and pay attention to the pauses. if there are multiple codes, then they will just be displayed one after the other.

example, code is 23 & 41, flash flash pause flash flash flash pause flash flash flash flash pause flash.

oh, and a little tip.
i do not know if this will work for the S13, but it works on S14

when i pulled my ecu i removed the bracket and flipped the ecu backwards so the LED points to the passenger seat when installed.
this way whenever i need to flash the ECU, i just pull the passengerside kickpanel and the **** and LED are right there.
you may have to struggle with the harness a bit to get everything to fit right.
