Would still like a sr20 but the ka24 does fine in drifting.

Drftr d here

Yeah, I still want a sr20det but with new knowledge on the ka24de I am confident that you don't need a sr20 to drift. The ka24 is a good engine that provides enough power to get me sideways on the track. We really don't have a track, but we are still on pavement;(cough, cough.) When I decide I want more power I will get a better engine but I don't kinda don't really want a sr20. I want to be different so I thinking of a R33 engine. The point is you really don't need a sr20. A ka24 can get plenty of power with the right upgrades. I guess it is just what you prefer.

Drftr d out.

KA is just right for drifting, Not to slow but not to fast. Later down the road, then you can graduate to a SR or RB

now what would be good for a little bit of drag, (well street racing, xcept i dont wana say STREET RACING, becuz i dont believe in that to dangerous, thats why i say TAKE IT TO THE TRACK, thus callin it drag). No way i could not drift, becuz oh i'll be going throu tires like competition , but for people whom wana talk smack on the 240 i wana build something that will also say WHATS UP to them if the ever challegened me to a 1/4 race or something......(to sum up, i suppose any of the engines are good for drifting, but what would also be a good contender in head to head racing...)

I think an RB series engine would be good

I was hoping the KA-T @ D1 would do better, but apparently it had engine problems. KA's are fun to drift though... nice and easy

it made me mad that they boo'd the KA24DET.. that car was nice.. I had to keep telling people to shut up and that the KA24DET has more potential and its a drivers sport, not a JDM love fest..
