the music industry was being sued for price fixing between 1995 and 2000....they decided to set a min. price for CD's, and any store that sold CD's below that price would affectly loose money and all this jazz

anyway....they came up with 143 million dollars and all you have to do is go to this website here

which basically is a rip off 'cause we ONLY get up to 20 bucks, and you know they made way more than 143 million dollars off this price fixing scheme

if you want to read the fox news report,

i dunno, to me its like 143 million is nothing to these people

a slap on the wrist isn't going to change people's actions...people should be held accountable, they should have to pay for knowingly breaking the law...send them to Federal POUND ME IN THE *** prision or something.....maybe 1 billion dollars would have been a better number because you know that MILLIONS of people are going to register at the site and all the money is going to end up going to some stupid chairty (and more than likey back into their pockets considering they would be putting the money into a "music charidty")

this is whats wrong with the world

this is whats wrong with the united states's judical system/government

the whole thing is a sham to make the poor poorer and the rich richer

did you know that the worlds richest 385 people have as much wealth as the poorest 45% of the worlds population?

c'mon now, something is SERIOUSLY wrong with this....people are dying all over the world of starvation so that Sony's stock will go up 1/8th of a percent

makes me sick

I say let them charge whatever ridiculous price they want. If you're dumb enough to buy way overpriced cd's, you deserve it.
