The legal system is so f-ed because of the hippie-liberals who are all into environment and personal protection. Me, being a hardcore conservative, says do what you want, if you hurt yourself of anybody else, that's your problem. Deal with it. We don't need stupid laws governing where we can put knives or if we need a damn visual shift pattern. If someone steals your car and dies, that's their problem, not the owner. Just my two cents on the way things are.
