quitting smoking

has anyone else quit smoking recently? i feel i have been more uptight, edgy, violent, and allround rude. how have you dealt with it?

ya but smokin is just as bad...you just dont see it cause its internal...and i think what he was sayin was chewing is better because it just kills you instead of every one else lol...i dont do any drugs though so no i havent stopped recently lol

Quiting cold turkey is hard, except I did it with bud instead of Cigs. Its all about self control. Think of it this way, you will have some more cash for your 240 since your not smoking.
