Basically no officer would go by sound DB. If they pull you over for it, your most definietly getting a ticket, unless you have some excuse or means of getting out of it.

It ****ing really sucks the way we get treated by the 5-0s

i'm sure different states have different laws concerning the acceptable db level. but to just ticket you because he/she thinks it's too loud wouldn't hold up in court.

I've gotten a couple tickets, all were warranted though. Both were for past due inspection because I totally forgot about it...

I got pulled over once for, get ready, no joke, doing a 66 in a 65. I really just wanted to blow up laughing when the cop told me, and in the end the officer gave me a warning, i wanted to be like "um... duh you giving me a warning jackhole, its 66 in a 65 there are so many reasons why this may have happened, stop wasting my time" but i was polite, as i didnt want to have to get a ticket in the middle og no where and have to report back to the middle of nowhere for court

it was near a small town though, you have to watch out for those, they'll get you any way they can

Lol its probably boring as hell to be a police officer there. Ticket or not, its probably just something for the officer to do lol.

Ever heard of probable cause. They were definitely looking for something else to tag you with. When they don't find anything, they just let you off.
