Question 240sx handle-ing

Well im thinking about getting a 240sx . Im leaning torward the fastback models and maybe the later coupes. Ive herd they handle pretty good but never have driven one. I want to fix up the suspension and keep it mostly stock. How do the 240s handle compare to supras 300zs rx7s MR2s and some other old performance japanese cars? Ive driven some of these cars stock and seem to be really good performers. How would the stock 240 and modded 240 relate? Thanks

Its one of the funnest cars to drive, and most reliable without having to spend a fortune.

The one thig keeping me from buying a 240, other than there arent any around where i live, is i dont want to pay for the car and it end up being unreliable and brake down or something.

The car is very reliable if its takin care of but if you treat your 240 like **** its as reliable as a pinto...well maybe not that bad it won't blow up on you if your rear ended but you get the point. Treat it like your baby and it will never let you down. My step-dad had a 90 240 and he treated it very well it never gave him problems till like 200,000 miles and even then he got it fixed for like 75 bucks.

Well, i know i would treat it like a baby. Its just that if the person who put sometimes over 100k miles on the car most likely didnt.

My 95 240 handles like a true sports car. Car takes any type of turns and eats them up. Just watch out for water. water is the enemy. But with some practice anything is possible. Inexpensive to hook up, nice lookin car, very rare(s14's), and lots of possibilities. Great Car.

Well with any RWD car/truck watching out for water is any standard when going around corners fast.
