Hi my name is Leo im 18 and i live in san jose ca. I don't go to school i work full time at a law firm. My first car was a 1990 240 hatch, me and my dad fixed everything on it. The motor had no leaks, the tranny and the diff were rebuild. We invested 2k in the suspension, it was a great car. A weak after tokyo drift came out my car was stolen. The worse part is i was in my room getting dress and i heard my car start up (my fan belt was bad so it made that high pitch sound when you start it) i saw my keys on my bed i ran to my front door and a white 4 door was burning out and my car was gone. The cops were at my door 5 min later and they still haven't found it. So i save up and bought a 1989 240 coupe with 10k on a ka24e, the tranny is original it has like 222,000 i lost 5th on Sunday. I want to put an sr20det so if you know of any shops in the bay area that do engine swaps please let me know. Also i search before i ask.

 

Hey man welcome to the forums, sucks to here about your car. Car thieves totally suck. It used to be all the honda guys gettin robbed now, it seem since drifting is the new trend, us 240sx guys are getting hit up.
If your from San Jose, CA why not try talking to Yuta/Heartbreakers crew here on the forums. They know whats up with all the tuning & wrenching and own some dope cars.
(Unless, you already know them. Im pretty sure there from your area.)
