odd engine bay finds

I was looking at my engine bay and noticed a couple things that seem a bit odd to me. First of all my car does run rich, and has a pretty rough engine shake at start-up for a couple minutes, but after that, it seems to idle fine. Anyhow, attached is a pic of my engine bay and the red arrow points to a fitting that should have a hose connected to it that goes to my intake, but that hose is non-existent obviously and nor does my intake even have the port that the hose should hook up to. So I guess my question on that is, do you think that would cause my car to run rich and/or have a rough shake at start up with that air hose not being attached. Also, the orange arrow seems to point to a tube that has been capped off. Does anybody know what that goes to? Thanks for any help, and sorry if this is in the wrong section.

I have that same hose blocked off on my sr and i have the same symptoms as you I've quite a bit of searching and from what I've came across it's for the IAC/IACV? and suppose to be connected to the intake pipe.. but I haven't had the money to buy a new cold side pipe. And I'm not sure what the other one is for but I hope this somewhat helps you out

jn_howard 240 has a KA and both pipes should be teed or separately connected to the air intake befor the manifold as for your SR could be the same?
