A deer jumped on TOP of my car! No frame damage, but the hood got messed up. My loss is your gain. I'm moving and forced to sell this car at much less than its value. If I could stay, I would make the repairs, but now I am forced to sell on ebay.
The car is mechanically very sound at 155000 miles. It does not start, and here is why: the front headlight assembly was crushed, and I forgot to remove the headlight fuse, so the motorized assembly drained the battery while attempting to lower itself. When I tried to jump it, I burned out the main fuse. So, replace the main fuse and you are good to go!
Step two is to repair the body damage. It needs a new hood, a new front left quarter panel, and a new left headlight assembly. It also lost some paint on the bumper. After that, it's good to go. The clutch is 2 and a half years old. The water pump is 6 months old. The brake system is 6 months old. The starter motor is one year old. Window motors work. AC is cold. Interior is in good shape, less than normal wear for a 12 year old car. Well maintained.
