I am looking to buy the center of S13 OEM Steering Wheel w/ the Cruise Control buttons as well. Some lame theif smashed my wheel so my horn and cruise control no longer work. I really only need the center flap with the horn and buttons, but if you want to part with the whole wheel just let me know.
