BTW, even though your going to drain the trans fluid, alot is going to pour out of the torque converter when you separate the trans from the motor.

And when you pull the driveshaft out of the transmission, it might also leak some too. most of it should drain from the drain plug.

No prob. Hey if you cant sell those SE rims, they are made of aluminum....scrap. but I would paint them and keep them for track use or if you want to do some burn outs or stupid **** with your car. No reason to waste your good tires.

True...True...Only reason i wanna sell them so bad is for cash. haha. Like my mom said she can give me 400-450 for the swap..Is that gonna be enough? Like I've been looking online at stuff. but like I need help, I don't know if the cheapest **** is HORRIBLE and stuff, you know what i mean?

Also...how am i gonna get the other starter bolt off? dont i need to take that off for the trans

That might cover it. What items do you have so far? When you order the driveshaft, try to talk them down on price a little. Used parts can always be negotiated. So that shouldnt be more than $80, just order the clutch petal and master cylinder, you dont need brake petal, just cut it. So thats prob another $80. OE clutch, $100

Just write out the list and start checking things off and see if people on here have any items. Chances are that they will be cheaper to get from here.

There are plenty of 240s in the junkyards dude. You can find the front half for like $80. I bought the whole thing for $100 shipped.

oh alright. haha. I just cleaned up my engine bay..heres my results..

Well first I took out my stock intake because I really don't need it if its not gonna be running, and ill get my intake RIGHT after the trans goes in..Replaced some screws...Then when i took my intake out..the fan shroud was able to be puled out so i had to bolt that in with new bolts.

There was SO much oil and grim under the intake box from when someone left the dipstick pulled out and it sprayed EVERYWHERE!!!

What hoses that go into the intake should i remove or none? and is there anymore intake parts under the car?

New Bolt(not gonna show both sides.)
